Pastry refrigerator cabinet for 20 trays 600×800 mm, stainless steel construction, monoblock positive-temperature model with built-in refrigeration unit. The pastry version is specifically designed for storing ingredients, semi-finished products and finished goods for the pastry sector. The ventilated refrigeration system (adjustable in this configuration) ensures excellent performance while maintaining product quality over a longer period of time. The rack system allows the insertion of up to 20 shelves or baking trays, optimizing the use of internal space. Interior and exterior made of stainless steel, except for the external bottom, top and rear panel, which are made of galvanized steel. Rounded internal corners. Insulation thickness: 60 mm. Door insulation thickness: 70 mm. Self-closing door with magnetic gasket. Reversible with dedicated kit (upon request). Removable monoblock refrigeration unit (ambient temperature +30 °C and 60% relative humidity), easily accessible for routine cleaning and maintenance.
