Freestanding model suitable for loaves with a maximum length of 43 cm and height of 14 cm. All food contact parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Equipped with asynchronous motor with high start-up torque and water protected planetary system (IP54 electrical controls, IP 32 overall machine). Suitable for industrial kitchens, bakeries, supermarkets and all kind of professional using for bread slicing. Very easy to operate. Corrosion resistant body. Standard slice thickness 11 mm. CE certified, durable, compact and modern design.
