Front cover made of stainless steel with glass door to grant full access to the inside of the oven during baking. Halogen lighting in each chamber. Baking chamber made of aluminized steel. Rock wool insulation. Equipped with steam generator, safety thermostat and two thermostats for calibrating top and bottom operating temperatures separately.
