Heating by doublering 7 kW burner in cast iron for temperature up to 500°C. Gas supply controlled by thermostatic safety valve, automatic piezoelectric ignition. Appliance equipped with double crown burners, 2 of 7.5 kW and 2 of 5.5 kW.Gas oven with capacity GN 2/1. Oven inner door in stainless steel with labyrinth sealing. Gas oven ignition by piezo device. Equipped with a low chimney.
