Pilot burner and thermocouple are installed underneath the main burner body to be protected from accidental impacts and liquid overflow.Gas oven with capacity GN 2/1. Oven inner door in stainless steel with labyrinth sealing. Gas oven ignition by piezo device. Equipped with a low chimney.
