Traditional oven for pizzeria model Universal. Fully insulated. External structure in stainless steel and/or with treated copper fronts (natural smooth copper, burnished smooth, hammered burnished copper, burnished copper with bricks look). On request the oven can be completely covered in natural smooth copper or burnished smooth copper. It does not require any additional finishing work. The cylindrical shape gives particular elegance to the oven and allows you to make the best use of the space and to orient the opening for the convenience of processing according to the position of the workbench. Assembled in our premises by specialized personnel, the already palletised oven arrives at the pizzeria ready for use. Movable with a forklift and/or simple hand pallet truck. Being assembled, an access door must be considered to the variable destination room depending on the size of the oven. The oven is supplied equipped with a mouth-closing door.
