The VITO VS set combines the frying oil filter with the matching oil tester — both devices in one item, at a package price from VITO.
- VITO VS Frying Oil Filter — filters frying oil continuously down to 5 µm, suitable for fryers up to 12 litres. Including particle filter PE 10.
- VITO FT CONNECT Frying Oil Tester — measures oil quality (TPM) and temperature and transmits the measurements digitally. This way you know exactly when an oil change is really necessary.
Together, the two devices keep the oil quality measurably constant: The filter extends the oil life, the tester documents it. Businesses save up to 50 % frying oil with this.
